Hygiaflex’s Management decided to adopt quality management as a business culture, a tool that supports the strategic direction of the company and points to customer orientation as the main pillar. All of this forms the foundations of our quality policy:

The technical support and consultancy function is an added value for our clients. We offer help in all their needs, such as inquiries, sending information or telephone service.

  • We are constantly evolving analyzing new markets, which allow us to expand our knowledge, with new solutions we make available to customers.
  • To maintain adequate stock management which allows us to have an optimal delivery time.
  • Ideal choice of the product or service that best suits the client’s needs.
  • Obtain, as a result of our collaboration, the full satisfaction of our clients.
  • Create a corporate image of the company through marketing management, emphasizing communication policy.
  • These objectives are summarized in two fundamental premises:
  • Provide our clients with technical advice to meet their expectations and needs, while complying with the applicable technical and legal requirements.
  • Maintain a wide range of quality products that adapts to the needs of our clients, as well as the study and evaluation of new products.

Applying a preventive approach to quality assurance, we identify the risks and opportunities that may affect our service provision, thus, in order to achieve our objectives, the following principles are met:

 

  • Hygiaflex has as its greatest strength its human team. For this reason it needs their involvement, in order to meet the objectives and achieve continuous improvement.
  • Management must ensure that the personnel know the quality system, understand it and comply with it.
